Shipping Policy
Once your artwork has been successfully processed you will receive a confirmation email. Once your art is ready to ship you will receive a separate message with an expected delivery date. If the piece you selected is readily available it will be shipped the next working day and you will not have to wait for it to be made. However, if the selected artwork is not available you will have 3-7 working days for it to be created. Your artwork will be sent via Royal Mail under the your selected option of delivery. You will be contacted directly if there are any issues with our order.
Refund Policy
Due to the fact that all our art pieces are handmade and customised, all Purchases are final and are not eligible for a refund or an exchange, unless they are faulty or managed in transit.
